From Parts 1,2 we reached the conclusion, that language, was a recursive sequence of social disturbances, culturally evolved, to coordinate beneficial actions.
The two basic forms are:
1. An inquiry, seeking cooperative action
2. A statement, confirming agreement
A single word, can serve, both, actions. Goanna? or Goanna!

How does this fit in with classical linguistics ?
As I understand language forms, we have nouns, verbs, and qualifiers.
This classification, is an alternate reference frame, useful for understanding, the differences between various languages. It not as useful,in grasping the biology, necessary for answering, important questions about function and health.
Let's perform a translation.

ClassicalBiological Question Statement
Nouns a b
Verbs c d
Qualifiers e f

Cell "a" are those nouns which can be questions. car?,horse?
Cell "b" are those nouns which can be used as a statement. car!, horse!
Cell "c" are those verbs which can be used as a question. run? , play?, eat?
Cell "d" are those verbs which can be used as a statement. run!, play !
Cell "e" are those qualifiers which can be used as a question. up? right? which?
Cell "f" are those qualifiers which can be used as a statement. down!, correct!

Clearly, questions can be nouns, verbs and qualifiers and in any combination.
Do you understand?

The same applies for, confirming statements.
Yes, I understand !

The reference frame, with biological potential, simplifies language into:
1.Requests for action (question)
2.Agreement to act (Statement)
